One of Chile's newer wine regions situated between Santiago and Valparaiso. The cooler climate makes this area a specialist in white wines varieties and lighter reds such as Pinot Noir. During our travels, we found wine touring to be very much still developing with relatively few wineries open for tastings and those that are, surprisingly expensive.

Our favorite winery in the region, and a member of Chile's Movement of Independent Vintners (MOVI). The father and son winemaking team were more than generous with their time on our visit and craft delicious, carefully made wines.
