Nicole visited Argentina's Mendoza wine region and, being a avid Malbec lover, thoroughly enjoyed her time exploring. There were many wineries to love in the area, however, she notes one that stood out from all the others.
1. Caelum
Caelum is a family owned and run winery started in 2009, so still fairly young, but don't let the age fool you, they are making some great wine. Their wine consists of the classic varietals including Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay. They also grow some killer pistashios, just another added plus.
