A mid-size city on Vietnam's coast, Nha Trang has a great beach-y vibe. A mix of big city fun with small town appeal. I loved going for runs along the miles of coastline. Nicole wasn't as smitten as I, but still had a great time here.

Nicole absolutely loved this cute little restaurant (I liked it but didn't love it -- cute isn't always my thing in dining). Eclectic vibe and South American influenced dishes that are a nice break from standard Vietnamese meals. Solid chicken fajitas.
An awesome, affordable family run place to stay. Located close to a great beach north of Nha Trang's busier area, this place also has great, affordable food. Request the room on the top floor for excellent balcony views.
Run by a couple of friendly Americans, this BBQ joint and specialty shop is hip and fun. The classic rock American music alone made my day both times we went. American prices though. The BBQ platters are enormous and delicious. Also, try some of their ice cream for desert!
The best snorkeling experience of my life and the price was right! Admittedly I hadn't done much snorkeling on a proper coral reef before so this adventure took my breath away. I loved it. If you go to Nha Trang, please go snorkeling.
